Last Minute Cheese Ball

1 stick margarine, softened
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup finely chopped pecans
¼ cup finely chopped parsley

Thoroughly blend first four ingredients. Shape into ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm enough to handle. Roll cheese ball in pecans and parsley. Serve with assorted crackers. 

Yield: 8 to10 servings.
