Super Smoothie

¼ cup fruit juice
¼ cup skim milk
6-ounce container low-fat yogurt
2 cups frozen fruit

Directions:

1. In a blender combine fruit juice, skim milk, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.

2. Cut up frozen fruit into bite-sized portions.

3. Add fruit to mixture in blender. Blend until smooth.

4. Serve immediately.

Yield: 2 servings

Helpful Reminders

Rinse out the blender immediately after use. Dried-on fruit can be very difficult to remove later.

Save the empty yogurt containers for the candle cup activity. Be sure to wash and dry them thoroughly and store with lids removed!
