Food Physics–Frying Science
Product Code:
FD026
Qty:
Description
Regardless of how simple or complex the recipe, every step of the preparation and cooking process involves science. However, two popular kitchen appliances–the Instant Pot® and the Air Fryer–offer particularly dramatic demonstrations of the connection between food and physics. This lesson will demonstrate the physical and chemical changes that occur in food when heat is applied by convection using the air fryer.
